Center Congratulates the 2015 Eagle Award Winners

On Friday, September 11, 2015, the School of Law hosted its Eagle Book Awards ceremony in the Moot Court Room.

Michael Hernandez, dean of the School of Law, and the Honorable Patricia West, professor and associate dean of students, honored students who achieved the highest grades in Regent's law classes for the 2015 spring and summer semesters.

Book awards are given by many law schools in the United States to the student in each class who achieves the highest grade in that class.

Regent Law has named its book awards after the award founder and sponsor, Ronald L. Fick, Esquire, the father of Allison Fick, Regent Law Class of 2014.  The logo for the Book Award is an eagle holding a book, drawn from Isaiah 40:31.

The student with the highest grade receives an award plaque.

The Center for Global Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law congratulates the following intern and student staff Eagle Award recipients:

  • Jessica Krentz (Business Associations)
  • Andrea Atkinson (Constitutional Law II)
  • Trayce Hockstad (Contracts II and Constitutional Law I)
