Upcoming March CLE: Litigating Controversial Cases

The Center for Global Justice invites all Virginia attorneys to join us for a live, two-credit ethics CLE course with Tom Spahn, renowned authority on legal ethics. The course is free of charge when you purchase lunch for $50.00.

This CLE is presented as part of the fifth annual symposium of the Center for Global Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law: Women's Rights: 50 Years After Griswold v. Connecticut.

The symposium includes optional morning panel discussions, lunch, and CLE qualifying for two live ethics credits for Virginia MCLE. Topics covered in the CLE will include dealing with public policy disagreements between lawyers and their clients, lawyers' public criticism of judges, the ethics of challenging existing law, and judges' communications about public policy issues.
